Sabina Floridia’s career spans clinical practice, education, consulting, and global project management within the dental field. She started her clinical journey in the Netherlands and South America before establishing herself as a freelance Dental Hygienist in Bergamo, Italy, in 2004, where she also owned and operated her own oral hygiene clinic.

Throughout her work, she has focused on individualized care, patient motivation, and fostering long-term behavioral change through patient-centered professional oral hygiene treatments.

Sabina worked as a BOB-App expert, delivering courses throughout Europe for Curaden AG. The BOB-App is a motivational tool used to promote the daily use of calibrated interdental brushes, promoting self care and patient compliance.

As an international iTOP instructor and Lecturer, Sabina trained thousands of dental and oral hygiene students, professionals, and sales representatives.

She also developed a school-based prevention program with cartoons, now available for Curaden partners globally, to help children aged 4–16 build lifelong oral hygiene habits.

Today, as Global Project Manager at Curaden, Sabina leads two international projects designed to support the integration of iTOP (Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis) into daily clinical workflows. Her focus is on building practical, scalable workflows that elevate the important role of prevention and self-care in modern dentistry.

In parallel, Sabina is an international speaker, speaking on topics such as mechanical biofilm control, empowering pediatric patients, mindset and motivation for the dental professional.

She is also co-founder of the Happy Professional project (podcast and book), which supports dental professionals through empowerment, personal growth and mindset.
